The Red Skirt offers professional consignment services and upscale, quality, brand name ladies clothing and accessories in new and nearly new condition at prices significantly below department store pricing while creating an exciting and first class shopping experience. Pat Foster, Janet Winfree-Mason and Michelle Winfree-Williams are the proud owners of this boutique. All current employees are family members that share the passion for fashion and extraordinary customer service.
