No appointment is needed to take a key out from our office. It is a $20.00 deposit to take a key out from our office, and you get the $20.00 back as long as the key is back in our office by 4:00 p.m. the same day. Our office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday. You will need to take a key out and view the inside of the property before you can fill out an application.
