Light Up the Night Parade

This year’s parade will be part of a combined event sponsored by the Hopewell Recreation and Parks, the Hopewell Public Schools, the Downtown Partnership and the Beacon Theater. The parade route will begin at Cavalier Square (327 Cavalier Square) and end at the Ashford Civic Plaza in downtown Hopewell. The parade will begin at 4:00 pm and units should arrive for staging no later than 2:30 p.m. The Hopewell Recreation and Parks Department will be sponsoring the Santa Claus float-please refrain from having characters on your float that resemble Santa. Parade entries will be judged based on the theme “Light Up the Night.” Please ensure that all costumes and decorations are family-friendly.
 
Registration Deadline: Friday, November 16, 2018
 
Registration Fees
$25 per entry -- (Vehicle+Trailer, walking group, vehicle groups up to 8 vehicles, etc.)
No Charge  --  School Marching Bands, School sponsored groups (email tmartinez@hopewellva.gov for registration)
