Brazilian jiu jitsu and kickboxing instruction available for everyone, whether you're competition-focused or just seeking a fun, alternative exercise! Our classes boast high-level instructors (including two black belts) and our studio is accredited by the IBJJF. We focus on maintaining a safe, clean, professional, and friendly environment.
