Our mission is to create an authentic barbecue experience that blends the culture, techniques, and flavors of Central Texas with the regional influences of Central Virginia. We are a traditional BBQ joint and smoke all meats for each day only...no reheating ever. We open at 11AM and are first come first served until we sell out of barbecue. All ordering must be done in person through our serving line. No phone or online ordering. Thank you!
